DESCRIPTION:
Consult the Dean, School of Professional Studies, on matters related to the developments in the legal/paralegal professional and paralegal education in accordance with the American Bar Association. Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses. Collaborates with Institutional Effectiveness on assessing graduates and employers of graduates to determine if stated program goals are being met. Meets with advisory committee members at least bi-annually to identify trends, developments, and issues in the paralegal profession. Works approximately 4 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in the teaching discipline; or Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline. Must be an acting paralegal or an acting attorney currently supervising paralegals.
SALARY:
$35/hour.
